Our Values and Culture

Our culture and values are important to us, as they define who we are and the way in which we do things.

“We are on this journey together, and as one we can make it outstanding.” 

We have split our values into 6 key areas. They represent the way in which we work together and treat each other and ourselves, in order to provide the very best care for our residents. Each of our staff members represents one of the values and will wear a badge showing that they are an ambassador of this value. We’re even actively working with external consultants to help us to develop our values. This approach enables us to really embed them within our home and establish our culture.
